Seeding workout released 3 weeks before event and will have 1 week to complete. Not used for score during event, just seeding position.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 11

Flow:
Athletes will start with DB’s on the ground and face eachother. At the count of 3-2-1 Go, they will start their 50 syncronized DB snatches @50/35. The DB does not have to touch the ground at the same time. Each rep will count when both athletes have the DB locked out overhead at the same time.  Athletes will then head to the wall for 40 HSPU.  1 athlete will kick up into a handstand hold and the other can start doing HSPU. The athletes can switch rolls at any point, but HSPU reps will only count when the other athlete is in a proper handstand hold. Each athletes must do a minimum of 5 reps each, otherwise can be broken up however. Athletes then move to 30 synchronized DL @225/155 facing each other, again the synchro happens at full extension, but does not have to touch floor at the same time. Finally, one at a time, athletes will do 20 burpee suicides over both of their DL bars. Time cap is 11 mins
 
Standards:
DB Snatch-  Any style of snatch is acceptable. Each rep will count when both partners have their dumbbell locked out overhead with hips, knees and arm fully extended with the DB over the shoulder (bicep close to head).  Extension of the DB in front of the body or out to the side will not count.
HSPU- Athletes hands must stay within the 36x24” box on the mat during HS hold and HSPU. The fingers may go outside the box, but the entire palm of the hand must stay within the box. Each rep starts from a full extension with heels touching the wall with feet no wider than shoulder width apart and no other contact on with the wall. Kipping or strict can be done.
Deadlift – grip must be outside of legs (conventional style DL). Rep will count when both athletes at the same time are at full extension of knees and hips with shoulders behind the bar. A clear bounce of the bar off the ground will not be allowed (arms bending on bounce will be a clear sign of that).
Burpee Suicide- rep starts by laying flat down on the floor (a part of the body above the nipple line must be in contact with the ground).  A step in and step out of the burpee is allowed. The jump over the bar must be a two foot take off.  1 rep will be complete when athlete burpee jumps over both bars, and back to the start jumping over the second bar.

Finally, one at a time, athletes will do 20 burpee suicides over both of their DL bars. Time cap is 11 mins

A part of the body above the nipple line must touch the ground while hands are not in contact with the ground, then the athlete pushes themselves back to the full lock out/ plank position. During the press off the ground, the quads cannot leave the ground after the hips or chest (the same time is okay).

Video: before starting video, please state your team name as well as if you are RX or scaled. Show your weights before starting the workout. Use an app that has a timer in the frame of video (WETIME, or WODPROOF). Film from an angle that clearly shows the standards speceified below. 
Flow: Partner 1 starts standing tall until the timer starts. After the count of 3-2-1 Go,Partner 1 (male or female) will complete 30 clean and jerks @135/95. After the 30threp, partner 1 must physically tag partner 2, who will then complete 30 snatches @135/95.There will be penatly of 5 seconds if athlete 1 is not standing tall at the call of 3-2-1-Go. (bending over or touching the bar before the timer starts) There will also be a 10 second penality for not physically tagging partner after 30 clean and jerks.

The rep will be complete when the bar is over the midline of the body (and midline of feet) with hips, knees and elbows fully extended. Snatch- any style of snatch is allowed. The rep starts wit the weight on the floor, and is complete when the bar is over the midline of the body (and midline of feet) with the hips, knees and elbows fully extended.

Wod 1: Grip and Rip  - RX

For Time: 6 alt. Rounds of: 6 T2B, 6 C2B, 6 Thrusters @135/95

12 min Cap.

Flow:

At the Count of 3-2-1 Go, P1 (male or female) will start their full round of 6 T2B, 6 C2B and 6 thrusters. Upon completion of this full round, P1 will tag P2 to begin their full round. They will tag back and forth for 6 total rounds (3 each).  

While the working partner is completing their reps, the other partner can be accumulating calories on the ski erg for Wod 2 which will be on the same 12 minute running timer. 

Standards:

T2B: feet must start behind the bar on each rep. both toes must touch the bar at the same time. 

C2B: each rep begins from full arm ext. and is completed when chest makes contact with bar below the collarbone. 

Thruster: each rep, the athlete must pass the hip crease clearly below the knee in the squat and the bar must be over the midline of the body at the lock out with full extension of knees, hips and elbows. You may squat clean the first rep from the floor.

Wod 1: Grip and Rip – Scaled

For Time: 8 alt. Rounds of: 10 hanging knee raise, 10 Thrusters @75/55

12 min Cap

Flow: 

At the Count of 3-2-1 Go, P1 (male or female) will start their full round of 10 hanging knee raise and 10 thrusters. Upon completion of this full round, P1 will tag P2 to begin their full round. They will tag back and forth for 8 total rounds (4 each).  

While the working partner is completing their reps, the other partner can be accumulating calories on the ski erg for Wod 2 which will be on the same 12 minute running timer.

Standards:

Hanging Knee Raise: athletes starts in hang position with heels behind the bar, then raising knee clearly passed the hip crease. Kip is allowed. 

Thrusters: each rep, the athlete must pass the hip crease clearly below the knee in the squat and the bar must be over the midline of the body at the lock out with full extension of knees, hips and elbows. You may squat clean the first rep from the floor.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Wod 2: Ski School

On the Same running timer from Wod 1 (12 minutes), athletes will accumulate as many calories on the ski erg as possible. Athletes can collect calories while their partner is completing reps toward Wod 1. Once both athletes have completed their required rounds for Wod 1, they can switch in and out on the ski erg at anytime. 

Ski erg: damper can be set to any setting. The majority of the athletes foot must be on the platform base during the ski except if jumping during the pull. (cannot ski with feet completely off the platform at the sides or back). 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Wod 2: Ski School

Flow:
On the same 4 minute running timer, both Male and Female athlete will work at the same time, but doing the workout completely separate (not synchronized). Each athlete will complete 10 Snatches at the first bar (95/65), then 8 Snatches at the second bar (115/80), 6 Snatches at the third bar (135/95), 4 Snatches at the fourth bar (155/105),  and lastly 2 snatches on the final bar (170/115).  Your score will be either the time you completed the workout or Cap + 1 sec for each rep not completed in the ladder.
There will be a 1 minute transition time between each team going through the ladder.
Standards:
Any style of snatch is allowed. Must be one continuous motion from the floor to overhead. Rep is completed when the bar is over the midline of the body with the full body extended (knees, hips, elbows).
Athletes must lower bar infront of them and then step over their bar to advance to the next bar and to finish the workout on the last bar. If the bar is lowered behind the athlete, it will be a no rep. If any part of the body touches the ground other than the feet, it will be a no rep.

Wod 3: Cleans and Ladders- Scaled
Flow:
On the same 4 minute running timer, both Male and Female athlete will work at the same time, but doing the workout completely separate (not synchronized). Each athlete will complete 10 Cleans at the first bar (75/55), then 8 Cleans at the second bar (95/65), 6 Cleans at the third bar (115/80), 4 Cleans at the fourth bar (135/95),  and lastly 2 Cleans on the final bar (155/105).  Your score will be either the time you completed the workout or Cap + 1 sec for each rep not completed in the ladder.
There will be a 1 minute transition time between each team going through the ladder.
