It's back! The 2nd annual Best of the Wurst returns Saturday, November 2nd. Teams of 2 - men, women, and co-ed. RX and Scaled divisions. WODs are as follows:

Best of the Wurst WOD 1:

10 Minute AMRAP

5 synchro S2O
(RX - 155/105)
(Scaled - 115/75)
10 synchro toes-to-bar
(Scaled - hanging knee raises)
15 synchro burpees

Each movement must be synchronized with your partner.

Best of the Wurst WOD 2:

5 minute Echo Bike sprint
Rest 1 minute
6 minutes to get a 1 rep max Snatch

You and your partner can switch as often as you want on the bike.

Snatch can be either power or squat for both RX and Scaled.

There will be 2 scores: calories accumulated on the bike and you and your partner’s combined total max snatch.

Best of the Wurst WOD 3:

12 minute time cap.

50 dumbbell box step-overs
50 alternating dumbbell snatch
50 overhead dumbbell lunge
50 devils press

RX: 50/35
Scaled: 35/20

One partner works at a time. Reps can be broken up at you and your partners discretion however, you and your partner must complete at least one rep of each movement.
