Event description

Grab a partner and get ready for the 360 Battle Royale at the Upper East Side! This 360-friendly competition will feature DBs, KBs, and WBs but no barbells or high skill gymnastics movements.

RX standards: proficiency with 50# (men) / 35# (women) single dumbbell and 40#/25# double dumbbells, 53#/35# kettlebell, 20"/24″ box jumps, toes to bar, 20#/14# wall ball

Scaled standards: proficiency with 35# (men) / 20# (women) single dumbbell and 20#/15# double dumbbells, 35#/26# kettlebell, 20″ step ups, sit ups, 14#/10# wall ball

Athlete A: 

1 round of

10 DB snatches

8 toes to bar (scaled: sit ups)

6 burpee box jumps (scaled: step ups allowed)


Athlete B:

Row for max calories


Athletes will switch each time a round is completed.


RX: 50#/35# DB, 24/20” box

Scaled: 35#/20# DB, 20” box

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

12 minute AMRAP

Athlete A: 

1 round of

10 DB snatches

8 toes to bar (scaled: sit-ups)

Complete for time:

100 wall balls

80 American KBS (scaled: Russian)

60 single-arm DB overhead lunges (scaled: plate overhead lunges)

40 hand release push ups

20 devil presses


Teams split reps however they choose. One person working at a time.

16 minute time cap for this workout.
