Event description

Oklahoma's Only Masters Only Competition. 1 Day Event Same Sex Teams of 2. 

Divisions:
Men's Team - Each team meber must be 30+ years of age with a combined age of 77 years old. 

Women's Team - Each team member must be 30+ years of age with a combined age of 77 years old. 

Affiliate Sweetheart Division - One team member must be a CrossFit Affiliate Owner, their is no age restriction. The idea is for Affiliate Owners to compete alongside their loved one or signifigant other.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As many rounds/reps as possible in 8 minutes. 1 round is: 1 deadlift 225/155, 2 burpee box jumps 24/20 step-ups allowed, 3 toes to bar. Partners will alternate complete/full rounds. Partner 2 will begin their round when Partner 1 finishes their last toe to bar.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Athlete 1 has 10 minutes to travel as high up the snatch ladder as they can. Once they miss athlete is done & scores the highest weight they were able to snatch.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Athlete 2 will have 10 minutes to go as high as they can on the snatch ladders. Once athlete fails a lift they're done & willm score the heaviest weight they were able to complete.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Athlete 1's snatch score will be combined with Athlete2's clean & jerk score to form a team total of 2.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 10

FOR TIME: 80 Bike Calories, Sled Push (176lbs), 80 alt. db snatches 50/35, Sled Push (176lbs). 10 minute cap. Athletes split reps however they choose, only 1 athlete working at a time. This event will be outside, probably in the cold. We will release more details closer to the event. Use what we've given you to practice as needed.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As man reps as possible in 7 minutes. 7 thrusters 115/75, 7 pull-ups. Teams can break the reps up however they choose. Only 1 athlete working at a time Must complete 7 thrusters before moving on to 7 pull-ups, at least 1 athlete must complete 7 pull-ups before moving back to 7 thrusters.
