Welkom en gefeliciteerd bij het behalen van de finale van de The Aquila Throwdown

 
FINALE
De beste 30 mannen en beste 30 vrouwen uit de kwalificatie plaatsen zich voor de finale van The Aquila Throwdown. De finale van The Aquila Throwdown zal op vrijdagavond 18 oktober en zaterdag 19 oktober plaatsvinden. 

REGISTEREN
De finalisten hebben van de organisatie een email met daarin een wachtwoord ontvangen om zich te registeren voor de finale van The Aquila Throwdown. De kosten voor de finale bedragen €35,- per persoon.

De belangrijkste regels voor de finale vind je in ons rulebook. Neem deze goed door om verrassingen te voorkomen.

8 Handstand push ups

5 Attemps for max load snatch complex of:

1 Power snatch +
1 Hang squat snatch +
1 Overhead squat

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

The Aquila Throwdown workout 4: The Aquila O-Course
Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Calorie Assault Bike
10 Special movement
5 Slam balls 

Each round + 5 repetitions are added to the slam balls.
