Event description

What: The 5th Annual Thankful Throwdown -- Southern Utah's favorite Partner WOD Event!

When: Saturday, November 16, 2019 @ 4:00 PM

Where: CrossFit Cedar City, 33 N Main St, Cedar City, UT

How Much: $50 per Team of 2 if you sign up online before November 1st.

$50 Per athlete that signs up Nov 1st or later, or at the door.

Canned food/$$$ Donation appreciated per spectator, but not required!

Why: This event came about because we wanted to bring our Southern Utah community together for a greater cause than competing against each other. We wanted to come together, compete together and help others during the holiday season. Last year, we were able to donate full Thanksgiving meals and Christmas presents to multiple families in our area, which was awesome. With your participation and donations, we expect to be able to give even more this year. This event is a partner WOD that is meant to be fun, challenging, and doable for all abilities. So whether you've done CrossFit for 10 days or 10 years, grab a partner and let's throwdown!

Details:

T-Shirts/Tanks are included for all participating athletes! (Men's Next Level 60/40 shirts are a tad small. We suggest sizing up. Women's tanks are TBD. Photos will be on the merhcandise page)

The WOD is F/F and M/M Partner WOD (RX and Scaled Divisions)

PRIZES???

If you have attended before, you know that the prizes are, well, small. We collect donations from local and national companies for prizes so that we can use your ticket $$$ toward Thanksgiving meals. Prizes this year coming SOON!

Max Sandbag Over Shoulder (100/70) in time remaining

 

Score = # Sandbag Over Shoulder reps

 

- Partners are sychronizing the Pull-Ups/Ring Rows so that they are at the top of the movement at the same time.

- Calories on the bike can be completed any way you would like.

- You must alternate partners when completing the SandBag Over Shoulder reps.
