Welcome to the 2nd Annual Row and Oaktoberfest! We promise this year will be bigger and badder than ever!

All Female partner Scaled Division

*if you registered after 10-12 you will not receive a shirt but will still get an awesome mug!

The stakes will be higher and prizes

There will be no refunds. If for whatever reason you cannot compete you can transfer your spot to someone else.

More info, WODs, and sponsors will be released closer to the event!

EVENT 1

5 Minutes of Max Thrusters

Weight is team choice and cannot be changed after selected.

Score is total reps x weight moved

CHIPPER

800 M Run/1000 M Row (one partner run, on partner rows)

then

50 Box Jump Overs

40 KB Swings (35)

30 Knee Push-ups

20 WB Sit-ups (14)

EVENT 3

THE DISHES ARE DONE!

4 ROUNDS

Partner A Lunges White Mug overhead while Partner B follows and grips a bumper plate with each hand.  You will travel the length of the gym and switch positions and repeat the process on the way back.  Down and Back = 1 Round. You will end the WOD by bother partners doing a cheers and downing a beverage of your choice. Time is complete when mugs are empty.

EVENT 4 - FLOATER

Partner D-Ball 40#

4 Minute AMRAP

each person will do an over the shoulder d-ball

and must switch after each rep.

score is total reps

 

 

 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

5 Minutes of Max Thrusters

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: Row Time

800 M Run/1000 M Row (one partner run, on partner rows)

then

Row Time will serve as the tie-break if a tie should occur.
