Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

Our goal is to give competitors an opportunity to showcase their skills, strength, power, and stamina across broad domains. Mixed teams (2 males, 2 females) will compete in at least 3 events throughout the competition.

There will be 2 divisions for this competition - Competitive and Recreational

Registration is now open.

Spaces will be limited

Registration includes athlete goody bag (t-shirts and team sign) and lunch.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

*This event will run concurrently with the "Alternating AMRAP." Teams of 4 will select a same sex pair to start on "3RM Thruster" while the other same sex pair will simultaneously start on "Alternating AMRAP." Both events will be 10 minutes long with a 2-minute transition between.

10mins to establish 3-rep max Thruster

Same sex pairs (M/M or F/F) have 10 minutes to esablish a 3-rep max Thruster with the barbell starting on the floor.

Each athlete can make as many attempts as they would like, but the weight on the barbell can not go down.

The score for this event will be cumulative completed weight for all 4 athletes combined.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

*This event will run concurrently with the "3RM Thruster." Teams of 4 will select a same sex pair to start on "3RM Thruster" while the other same sex pair will simultaneously start on "Alternating AMRAP." Both events will be 10 minutes long with a 2-minute transition between.

The score for Alternating AMRAP will be total repetitions for both pairs (M/M and F/F).

As many repetitions/calories as possible

Athletes can start on any station they would like but must rotate through the following stations in the listed order. Each interval is run for 45s., where athletes are accumulating as many calories and repetitions as possible on each station. At the end of each 45s. interval, athletes will rotate. Each team will complete 3 total rounds. Score is cumulative total repetitions and calories combined.
