TIME CAP: 12MIN

All athletes begin on their start/finish mat. On the call of GO! The two female athletes will move to their 75# bar to begin their snatches. Once the female athletes have completed all repetitions they will run back to their start/finish mat, tag their male athletes who will run towards their 115# barbell to complete their first set of snatches. The male athletes will work through all 30 snatches and once completed they will run back to start mat and tag the female athletes, to head off to complete their second set of snatches at their 95# barbell. Once all 30 snatches are complete, they will run back and tag the male athletes to start their snatches at 155#. Once the final snatch has been completed the male athletes will run back to their start/finish mat, once they cross back onto the mat, the judge will record the teams time.

Snatch

The barbell begins on the ground and must be lifted overhead in one motion. Power, squat and split snatches are all permitted. If an athlete performs a split snatch the athlete’s foot must be brought back in line for the rep to be awarded. Touch and go is permitted but deliberately bouncing the barbell is not. The athlete may drop the barbell from overhead. If a barbell is dropped, the barbell must settle on the ground before the athlete begins the next repetition.

100 Burpee Over Worm
Move forward every 20reps

TIME CAP: 9MIN

All athletes begin on their start/finish mat. On the call of GO! The team will run to their worm set out at marker 1 and begin their burpees over the worm. Once they have completed 20 repetitions, the whole team will move to one side of the worm, clean it onto the shoulder and move the worm to marker 2. They will drop the worm back onto the ground and begin their next set of 20 burpees. The team will work through this sequence moving the worm up the floor after every 20 repetitions until all 100 repetitions have been completed. Once the final repetition has been completed, the team will run to their finish mat. Once the team crosses onto their finish mat, the judge will record the teams time.

Burpee Over Worm

The worm burpee starts with two athletes on each side of the worm, all facing the finish. Each athlete’s chest and thighs must touch onto the ground at the same time. When jumping over the worm, a two-foot takeoff is required. The rep is counted when all four athletes land on the opposite side of the worm.

All athletes begin on their start/finish mat. On the call of GO! The male athletes will run to their bike to begin their 4000m ride. They will split the meter between the male pair. Once their bike is completed, the male athletes will run back to their start/finish mat to tag their female athletes. The female athletes will run to their runner to begin their 600m run. Once they have completed their run they will move directly to their bike to begin their 3000m bike. After they have completed the ride they will run back to the start/finish mat to tag the male athletes to go and complete their 800m run. After the males have completed their run, the athletes will run back to the start/finish mat. Once they cross, the judge will record their time.

Assault Bike自行车

At the start of the bike, the monitor will begin at zero and will count up. The athlete must stay seated on the bike until their monitor reads 4000/3000 meters. At no point can the athlete touch the monitor.

Run跑步

The runs will take place on an assault runner. The treadmill display will count up from 0, and athletes must remain on the machine until the display reads 800/600m. Athlete may not run with their hands on the rails or touch the monitor at any point.

All athletes begin on their start/finish mat. On the call of GO! The first pair athletes will run to the rig to begin their toes to bar. Once they have completed their toes to bar they will then move through their wall balls, box jumps and deadlifts. When the first male/female pair complete their final deadlift they will run to their start/finish mat. Once the first male/female pair have completed their toes to bar and moved onto their wall ball shots, the second male/female athletes can move to the rig to begin their toes to bar. The second pair will follow the first pair through the workout, however, the second pair cannot move onto the next movement until the first pairing has completed it. They will work through their toes to bar, wall balls, box jumps and deadlifts. Once the final deadlift has been completed the second male/female pairing will run back to their start/finish mat, and once crossed the judge will record their time.

Toes To Bar 脚趾触杆


In the toes to bar, the athlete must go from a full Hang to having the toes touch the pull up bar. At the start of each rep, the arms must be fully extended and the feet must be off the ground and brought back behind the body. At the top, both pairs of feet must come into contact with the bar inside the hands.


在脚趾触杆时,运动员必须从完整的垂直悬挂在杆子上到脚趾触杆。在每次脚趾触杆开始时,手臂必须完全伸展,脚必须离开地面并回到身体悬垂位置。在顶部,脚趾必须与手握杆接触。


Wall Ball 墙球


In the wall ball shot, the medicine ball must be taken from the bottom of a squat, hip crease below the knee, and thrown to hit the target. The ball must hit the face of the target. If either ball hits the bottom or the side of the target, it is a no rep. If the ball drops to the ground from the top, it cannot be caught off the bounce to begin the next rep. The ball must settle on the ground before being picked up for the next rep.

Box Jump 跳箱


Every rep must begin with athletes feet on the floor. Athletes must jump up with two feet. The rep finishes with athletes hips and knees fully extended while in control on top of the box. Athletes may jump or step down.


每个有效计数都必须从运动员脚在地面上开始。运动员必须用两只脚起跳。每次有效计数的动作需要运动员的臀部和膝盖完全伸展,同时在箱子的顶部控制住站直。运动员可跳下箱子或者走下来。

 

Deadlift 硬拉


This is a traditional deadlift with the hands outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed. Starting at the floor, the barbells are lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout. Deliberate bouncing of the barbell is not allowed. Dropping the barbell is permitted after the completion of a repetition. The barbell must have settled onto the ground before being lifted.

All athletes begin on their start/finish mat. On the call of GO! The team will run to their worm at the 21 marker to begin their thrusters. Once the team has completed their 21 thrusters they will head to the pull up rig to begin their pull ups. The athletes can work in any pairing through the pull ups. Once all the pull ups have been completed, the team will head their worm and clean it onto the shoulders and carry it forwards to the 15 marker. Once at the 15 marker the team can begin their next set of thrusters. Once all thrusters have been completed, they can drop the worm and head back to the rig to work through their 30 pull ups. Once the pull ups have been completed, the team will head back to their worm, clean it up and carry it to marker 9. They can then begin their final set of thrusters. After the final set of thrusters and pull ups, the team will run to their start/finish mat. Once they cross onto the mat, the judge will record the teams time.

Worm Thrusters 大虫火箭推


Each reps starts with the athletes on the same side of the worm, with the worm resting on their shoulders. At the bottom, each athletes hip crease must clearly pass below the top of his or her knees at the same time.

At the top, each athletes hip and knees must remain fully extended as the worm is lifted over the athletes heads and moved to their opposite shoulder. The arms do not need to reach full extension as the worm is move overhead.

The athletes may be in any order, but each section of the worm does not weight the same.

Synchro Pull Ups 同步引体向上


At the bottom of the pull up, both athletes arms must be fully extended. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull ups are allowed, as long as requirements are met. At the top, both athletes’ chins must clearly pass above the bar at the same time. If one athlete does not pass over the bar, or if the athletes chins don’t pass over at the same time, that is a no rep.


在引体的底部,两个运动员的手臂必须完全伸展。死亡悬垂,借力硬体或蝶式引体都是允许的。在顶部,两个运动员的下巴必须同时明显地超过引体杆。如果一名运动员下巴未超过引体杆,或者如果运动员的下巴没有同时通过,就算是一个无效的计数。
