Girls Gone Rx is excited to announce our fourth of 2019 being hosted by Crossfit Bermondsey! 

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Teams of 3 Badass Ladies: 4 Workouts. No qualifiers! 

We have two athlete divisions! Here is a quick description to help you determine what division to register for.

Divisions/Standards: http://girlsgonerx.com/standards/

RX Division: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division (Badass In the Making): Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.

We have a strict no refund policy however your team ticket or individual team spaces are transferrable should you or a team member be unable to attend.

Limited parking available onsite, in addition to local street parking available.

£125 per team, Girls Gone RX tank included and will be provided at event check in.

Workout No. 1: “DT Assault”  

12 Minute AMRAP 

EMOM: 3 synchronised burpees

 

Athlete 1: Complete 1 round of ‘DT’ (35kg/47.5kg)

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Shoulder to Overhead

Athlete 2: Max calories on Assault Bike

Athlete 3: Rest

 

 

 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Workout No. 3 “Lift Off”


Within a 10 minute-running clock, all three athletes must each establish:

1RM Hang Power Snatch

1RM Hang Power Clean

 

 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Workout No. 2: “Chipper”

Each athlete must complete the following for time in a rolling relay style (cap 10 minutes):


5 Dumbbell Thrusters (15kg/10kg)

10 Box Jump Overs (24”/20”)

10 Wall Balls (6kg)

5 Pulls Ups / Jumping Pull Ups

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 9

Workout No. 4 “Bermon-Ski”

Within a 9 minute time cap, and as a relay, each athlete must complete 1 round of the below:

 

12 Calories Ski Erg

12 American KB swings (20kg/12kg)

9 Calories Ski Erg

9 American KB swings (20kg/12kg)

6 Calories Ski Erg

6 American KB swings (20kg/12kg)
