Event description

Open Season is upon us!. 

 

I'ts time to put your training to the test! Whether you're elite, or it's your first competition, grab the opposite-sex partner and test your fitness. Spots will be limited and pricing goes up as the competition gets closer.

 

There will be a total of three workouts, two scheduled workouts and one floater (which team will sign up for time slot upon check in the day of). Go to the Duel of Duals Facebook page for all scaling options and questions, or Building Block Instagram page.

 

There will be 3 divisions:

Rx
Intermediate
Fun

 

Workout 1: Released July 29, 2019

Floater workout: Released August 14, 2019

Workout 2: Released August 28, 2019
RX - Must be able to do at least 1 Bar Muscle Up
Intermediate - Must be able to do 1 Pull Up

 

Matching or themed outfits are encouraged!!!

 

Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets, the Newhall Library and the parking structure off Main St & 9th St. Do not park in front of Maria's Deli/Results Fitness (lot west of Building Block), you will get towed.

1 Rep Max Snatch
and
1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk

Time can be divided anyway.
Partners can help load each others weights.
The heaviest completed reps will count towards score.
