Event description

Come show that age is just a number!!!  Real workouts for real athletes, with the opportunity to qualify for the Northern California Classic.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better | Tiebreaker: Unbroken toes to bar

Men: 95-115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185-195-205-215-225-235-245

Women: 55-65-75-85-95-105-115-125-130-135-140-145-150-155-160

Each athlete will begin at the first weight and progress through the ladder until failing to complete the pre-loaded bar.  Athletes will have :45 to lift and :15 to transition.  Mulitple attempts will be allowed within the time window.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Men:

1 mile sandbag carry
50 burpees
3 mile run

Women:

3 mile run
50 burpees
1 mile sandbag carry

Sandbag is 50lb for all divisions.  No time cap.

30/24 calorie bike
15 pull ups
*Athletes must finish this portion by 3:00

15 chest to bar pull ups
*Athletes must finish this portion by 6:00

30/24 calorie bike
15 ring muscle ups
*Athletes must finish this portion by 12:00

Athletes will have the option to scale this workout if they choose. Scaled scores will be ranked beneath RX scores. Tie breaker will be the time athlete finishes each completed round.

Athletes will use 60% of their 1RM from workout 1 the Snatch Ladder

Every 5ft of handstand walking counts as 1 rep. 

If the athlete falls before reaching 5ft the must go back to the start of the 5ft section. 
Tie Break time after the first set of 15 snatches

There is a 5 min time cap.
