Onsite Competition for Individuals
Event description
This is our sixth annual CrossFit Frontier Masters Championships! This individual competition is open to anyone 35 years and older. We will have 2 divisions, men and women's each with separate age divisions for 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, & 60+. Last year we had 79 athletes so we expect this year to sell out (80 is our cap). Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better
10 minutes to establish:
1 rep. max snatch + clean & jerk
Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
2 minutes max. effort cal. Assault bike
then AMRAP (Part B)
2 minutes max. effort cal. Assault bike
(total is both 2 min. max. efforts added together)
Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
6 min. AMRAP
10 ground-to-overhead
10 lateral burpees
Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
7 min. AMRAP
3 pull-ups, 6 wall balls
6 pull-ups, 12 wall balls
9 pull-ups, 18 wall balls
