An opportunity for Leyland members to have fun working out in pairs.

 

Suitable for all levels of ability.

 

3 workouts throughout the day & everything can be scaled if needed.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 10

600m Run Each 

Scale = 400m 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

On 3,2,1 Go Partner 1 starts WOD 1 Part A (600m Run), Partner 2 Starts the following

10 Min AMRAP

7 Down & Up

14 Plate GTOH (10/20kg) Sc = 5/10kg

 

When Partner 1 gets back from the run Partenr 2 starts the run & Partner 1 carries on the AMRAP

 

When Partner 2 is back from the run the time is scored then both athletes continue the AMRAP, 1 working : 1 resting.
