Event description

The Throwdown at Sundown is a Two person same gender team CrossFit competition. This competition is designed to bring people together to test their level of fitness while bringing fun to the community.

There will be 4 events for every team in this competition.

There will be 4 divisions- Teams of 2


RX Men
RX Women
Scaled Men
Scaled Women
Entrance fee gets you an event T-shirt(T-Shirt Deadline is Sept 25th) and the ability to compete in 4 Events for the day. You must register by October 25th to get a shirt.


Cash Purse for RX division.


Which division should I sign-up for?
RX- Is a cash prize division. This is designed for those who can complete WODs RX. No Muscle-ups will be in this event.


Scaled- is geared toward those new to competitions and must scale most WODs for movements and loads. The main difference between scaled and RX is that there is a cash purse for those who place in the RX division.

The Blind Hang:  One works on the couplet while one Rows.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

You have 7 minutes fr you and your partner to find a 5 rep max front squat combined total.

Score is the combined total between you and your partner.

Bar can be taken from the rack
