Event description

A team competition where two athletes grind together and have fun while giving their all!

There will be two days of competing in all kind of different ways.

The teams can expect a mixture of all kind of CrossFit movements and domains in which this will take place.

Bring all of your Crossfit gear with you because you never know what kind of workouts you get...

Be aware of the fact that there is no refund possible!

You can park in front of the venue and at 5 minutes walking distance.

Be there on September 14th and 15th and have a lot of fun!

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Time after the first completed round of thrusters and burpees

AMRAP 8

Buddy 1

10 DB thrusters right arm

10 burpees 

10 DB thrusters left arm

Buddy 2

Overhead Barbell Hold

Elite 50/35kg

Intermediate 40/25kg

Scaled 20/15kg

 

Dumbell weights: Elite 22,5/15 kg - Intermediate 15/12,5 kg -  Scaled 12,5/10kg  

Buddy's have to switch position every time after the second set of 10 burpees.

If one of the Buddy's drops the barbell in the middle of the thrusters or burpees of the other Buddy, the other Buddy needs to stop and can not go further before the barbell of the Buddy is back in overhead position.

The score is the total of all the thrusters and burpees made within 8 minutes.

For the DB Box Steps the reps need to be done by both buddy's, you will use 1 box for 2 athletes and you have to share the reps by stepping up alternating on the box with your buddy.

AMRAP 9

500 m bike

Hang Power Snatch Elite 40/25kg, Intermediate 30/20kg, Scaled 25/15kg

Buddy 1 starts on the bike

Buddy 2 makes as many reps as possible of the Hang Power Snatch.

Switch after 500 m.

 

The score is all the Hang Power Snatch reps of both buddy's together.

 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 9

500 m Ski Erg

Squat Cleans

Squat Cleans Elite 40/25kg, Intermediate 30/20kg, Scaled 25/15kg

Buddy 1 starts on the Ski Erg

Buddy 2 makes as many reps as possible of the Squat Clean.

Switch after 500 m.

 

The score is all the Squat Clean reps of both buddy's together.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Complex of

1 Power Clean

1 Push Jerk

1 Behind the Neck Jerk

1 Overhead Squat

Both buddy's have three attempts for the Complex; one buddy lifts while 1 buddy rests.

The highest attempts count.

The score is the sum of the higest lifts of both buddy's.

For time

15-12-9-6

 

Synchronized Deadlifts RX 120/95kg - Intermediate 95/70kg - 70/50kg

Together in with plates on the floor and together extended in finishing position.

Synchronized Single Arm Devil Presses Elite 22,5/15 kg - Intermediate 15/12,5 kg - Scaled 12,5/10kg

Together chest and thighs on the floor and together standing with DB above head.

After every round (there are 4 rounds):

Elite 6 Bar MU -Intermediate - 12 Pullups-  Scaled 18 Hand Release Push ups; these reps can be done by one or two athletes, but both buddy's need to make at least 1 attempt after every round.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Both athletes need to find their 1 RM Bench Press.

The barbell has to touch the chest.

Both feet need to be on the floor, butt and head have to be on the bench during the lift.

If you miss a lift you can go lower in weight  in your next attempt.

The score is the sum of both highest lifts.
