CrossFit Unscathed presents 2019 Stone Strong Showdown!!

Saturday, September 14th at 8am-3pm

This will be an Individual Competition with 3 workouts and 1 floater.

*once you sign up there will be no refunds, but we will happily accept changes with the stipulation that you give us 1 week notice prior to the event.

*The athlete will start on the bike with their feet on the pegs. At the call of 3,2,1, Go, they will bike for designated calories. The athlete must wait for the screen to read the exact number of calories before they can jump off. They will then go to the barbell and perform 12 Deadlifts, taking the bar from the ground to their hip, standing at full extension. They will move on to 9 Hang Power Cleans, taking the bar from above their knee to their shoulder, standing at full extension to finish the rep. Lastly, they will perform 6 Shoulder to Overheads, taking the bar from their shoulder to a fully locked out position overhead at full extension. Once they finish the Shoulder to Overhead, they will get back on the bike for the calories. Their judge will make sure to reset the bike every round.

- 100' Walking Lunge
- 30 Box Jumps
- 20 Wallballs
- 10 Handstand Pushups

Rx:
- Plate Overhead Walking Lunge 45/35
- Box Jumps 24/20
- Wallballs 20# to 10'/14# to 9'
- Handstand Pushups

Masters 50+:
- DB Walking Lunges at Shoulder 35/25
- Step Ups allowed
- Wallballs to 9' 20/14
- Handstand Pushups: 45 plate+abmat

Scaled:
- Bodyweight Walking Lunges
- Step Ups
- Wallballs to 9' 14/10
- Handstand Pushups: 45 plate+abmat
