Event description

IHCF WODtoberFest is a 4 Person Co-ed Team competition. 

2 Male/ 2 Female

There will be 3 Workouts and a Floater WOD

We will have vendors and Prize packages.

There will also be a Craft Beer tent hosted by 4202 Main Street Brewing Company. 

Should be a fun 1 Day Competition with traditional CrossFit workouts! Nothing too cute or fancy, just good old fashioned Functional Fitness!

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker= Reps for Minute 7 & 8
