Girls Gone Rx is proud to announce our 1st Annual event in Lake Havasu at Nakoma CrossFit

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Excited to announce we have 2 divisions!
Here is a quick description to help you determine what division to register for.

RX Division :: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division (Badass In the Making) :: Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

With a 10 minute running clock:
Athlete 1: 5RM Bench Press
Athlete 2: 3RM Bench Press
Athlete 3: 1RM Bench Press

Any Athlete: Max Calories on Echo Bike


Score: A1 5rm + A2 3rm + A3 1rm + Calories

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker

9 Shoulder to Overhead 105lbs (BAM: 75lbs)
9 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)
15 Shoulder to Overhead 105lbs (BAM:75lbs)
15 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)
21 Shoulder to Overhead 105lbs (BAM: 75lbs)
21 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)**

With Remaining Time: AMRAP Squat Snatch 105lbs (BAM: Snatch 75lbs)


**Tiebreaker: Time when 21 Toes to Bar (Hanging Knee Raises) are completed.

70 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans 35lbsx2 (BAM: 20lbsx2)

60 Dumbbell Squats 35lbsx2 (BAM: 20lbsx2)
50 Dumbbell Box Step Ups 35lbsx2 20" (BAM:20lbsx2)

40 Dumbbell Push Ups (BAM: Box Incline Push Ups 20")

*1 Athlete must hold 2-24kg kettlebells (BAM: 2-16kg) the entire time this workout is completed.
