Event description

The Fitness competition with a Strongperson twist!

Our PRIMAL event includes all the fun of more traditional Strongman workouts (think Tyres, Atlas Stones and Sleds), but in a more accessible, team-based format.

This is a 4 person, same gender event.

Being a largely in-house event the past few years, we're now ready to open this amazing experience up to the public.

The event will be held at an Academy, utilising their playing field and hard-surface outside area. 

There will be free parking all day, free spectator entry, and vendors on hand.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

12 min Time cap

Complete as many lifts as poss within 12min

Broken down into 8 consecutive rounds for the whole team.

Rules:

1- Each player has 90sec only to complete as many lifts as poss (others players can help with retrieving the stones)

2- Each player needs to complete at least 1 round but can only complete a maximum of 3 rounds.

3- Each player can only choose their own stone but cannot change during the 90sec window
