Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

This annual event sets the standard for fun and professional functional fitness experiences! Male/Female teams and a division for every skill level. Hosted by 3-46 Grit Fitness in Gresham Oregon, this event always has challenging WODs and a great environment. Join us for this yearly battle!

Policies: No refunds, but we can exchange credit to another event this year. Substitue athletes any time before the event. No pets inside please. Have fun, set PR's, and meet some new people! If you want to complete but need a partner please let us know. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: TIME OF COMPLETION

Each athlete will complete one round of the following WOD in a relay fashion:

RELAY FOR LIFE

  • 400m Run
  • 20 Cal Row
  • 20 Cal Bike

Total reps for the WOD = 82. Scoring will be total reps and the tiebreaker will be the time the teams finished the WOD. 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Each team will have a 6min clock to complete a 1RM attempt of the following complex:

1 Hang Clean, 2 Front Squat, & 1 Shoulder to Overhead
