Held over one day, The Box Reebox Throwdown: The Team Edition is a  new functional fitness team competition. Mixed teams of four, two guys, two girls, will battle it out in 3/4 different workouts held throughout the day. ... Team spaces are limited, so be quick. Grab a few buddies, get signed up, get involved!

Athletes will split in to 2 teams of 2 M/F pairs 

3,2,1 Go you will complete 

50 Synchro DB Box Step Overs, then 

50 Synchro Knees to chest, 

In the time remaining 

Max WORM thrusters Scaled squats.

WOD 3 After Burn 

this workout is a 12 minute Amrap 

teams will spilt into 2 pairs and will then complete 

Max Assault Bike cals 

Max Synchro OH KB Lunges 24/16 Kg

(AB cals need to change every 20, all the team must the complete 6 synchro burpees before changing movements.

Goblet squat for scaled workout. 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

WOD 4 Total output 

Is a barbell workout with 3 Lifts Teams will be in M/F pairs and will conduct 3 x 4 min amraps with 1 minute transition time. 

DeadLift, Back Squat, Push Press.

the total number of reps will be x by the weight to give a maximum weight moved across all three lifts to give us a total.


DL combined weight 140kg x 60 reps = 8,400 kg

Squat 100 x 45 reps = 4,500 kg 

Push Press 120 x 60kg = 7,200 

8400 + 4500 + 7200 = Total Output 20,100 kg
