Event description

CrossFit Eternal is partnering with a local charity to raise money for the dogs!  This competition is for male/ female partners in scaled and Rx divisions. 

 

Important dates: Registration now until November 9 2019 is $150.  *Plus Processing Fees

 

The competition will consist of three workouts with a possible surprise fourth. 

 

Please, no personal animals inside the building. 

 

Vendors will be onsite. Plenty of parking with space for athletes to relax inside our facility and for athletes to set up tents outside.

For Both Pairs: On the count of "3..2..1..Go" one athlete will begin their set of HSPU/ HRPU. Once those reps are completed they will continue through the list till time is called at the last rep of DU/ SU.

For Rx Pairs: BOTH athletes MUST do Double-unders. Having the rope pass twice under the feet for 1 "Good Rep". Athletes may ONLY do box jump overs. Stepping down is allowed.

For SC Pairs: BOTH athletes MUST do Single-unders. Having the rope pass once under the feet for 1 "Good Rep". Athletes may do box jump overs OR stepovers. Stepping down is allowed.

150 Toes To Bar Total (Scaled: Hanging Knee-raise)

*Every break, both athletes must do 5 Synchro Power Snatches

Rx(115/95) SC(95/65)

 

For Both Pairs: On the count of "3..2..1..Go" one athlete will begin their set of T2B/ HKR. Whenever an athlete drops from the bar BOTH athletes must complete 8 Synchro Power Snatches before moving back to the bar to complete their reps.

A "Good Rep" for the SPS will be with will be when BOTH athletes have the bar in full lockout overhead with the bar over the midline. A call from the judge must be made before the next rep is done.

For Rx Pairs: BOTH athletes MUST do Toes To Bar. Having both feet touch the bar and pass midline on the descent of the rep.

For Sc Pairs: BOTH athletes MUST do Hanging Knee-raises. Having the knees pass the hip crease and legs must come to full extension on the descent of the rep.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
