With the success we've had with the past 3 years we hope this year will be bigger and better than before with even more great sponsors and prizes up for grabs. As always this is an all female comp with 4 divisions, one for every level of athlete.

*Refunds will be given up until 9/10/2019 if unable to make the competition. Athlete substitutions will be allowed up until the day of the competition if unable to attend.

AMRAP 1

Max Meter Ski

*Floater wod
1 minute to complete as many reps as possible.
6’ wall
45# sandbag OG’s and BA
25# Masters and newbies
Throw sandbag over wall.
Carrying sandbag to the top and throwing it over will be allowed.
Climb over wall.
Repeat entire minute
Once minute is over.....
You will have one minute for max meters on ski erg

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 20

20 minute cap

Start at empty sled, 3...2...1

Run 100’ to stack of plates, pick up plates, run back, load sled.

Drag sled down and back

Run to rope, uncoil rope (50’),
Drag kB that’s hooked to rope across line at 50’ mark, pick up rope and kB and run to sled, drop rope and kB

Run down to sandbag, pick up sandbag run back to marked box, 20 sandbag over shoulder

Carry sandbag back down to marked area and do 20 burpees over sandbag, leave sandbag run down to sled

Drag sled to other end, leave sled and run back
