Beginner 10:00-12:00pm

Rope climbs, intro to muscle ups and handstand pushups

In this workshop we will visit the gymnastics fundamentals and learn different drills for rope climbs, muscle ups (bar and ring) and handstand pushups. There will be plenty of different drills and scaling options for all abilities.Please bring protective gear for rope climbs (knee sleeves/long socks)

 

Intermediate/advanced 12:30-2:30pm

Rope climbs and bar and ring muscle ups

This workshop will cover efficient rope climb techniques (including coming down), legless and half rope technique, and cover all things muscle ups. This workshop is aimed for those who are trying to get muscle ups or trying to make them mre effecient and consistent. Please bring protective gear for rope climbs (knee sleeves/long socks)
