Beginner 10:00-12:00pm 

Handstands, pull-ups and toes to bar

In this workshop we will go through the foundations of gymnastics and start from the very beginning. We will be learning handstand variations and bar skills. There will be scaling and move advanced options for all abilities.

 

Intermediate/advanced 12:30-2:30pm

All things handstands, butterfly pull-ups and toes to bar

In this workshop we will be touching on the foundations of gymnastics and then progress through all things hanstands (hspu, walking and obstacles), learn butterfly pullup progressions and work on different types of toes to bar. As this workshop is aimed for those more advanced you must be able to do 3 strict pullups and kick up to handstand comfortably for safety reasons.
