Welcome to Colorado’s 8th Annual Girls Gone Rx Competition!!

Registration will open July 1st at 10am!  The past 4 years this event sold out within 1 hour! That's nearly 500+ ladies all trying to sign up at once. 

Teams of 3 Badass Ladies:
4 Workouts

Excited to announce we now have 2 divisions!
Here is a quick description to help you determine what division to register for.

RX Division :: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division :: (Badass In the Making) Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.

> No “finals”, all teams will get to do all workouts!
> 8% of your score is fundraising! We are excited as Denver is always our highest fundraising event of all!!!


You will need your team's names, email addresses, and TANK TOP sizes. Same tanks as last year, different color and design. Brand of tank is Next Level. You can change team names throughout the summer if needed

In addition to some amazing prizes for the top teams, EVERY team will get an awesome swag bag! Swag bag include tons of samples, freebies, coupon codes, gift certs, and more!

We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

With a 10 minute running clock:
Athlete 1: 5RM Clean
Athlete 2: 3RM Clean
Athlete 3: 1RM Clean

Any Athlete: Max Calories on Rower

Score: A1 5rm + A2 3rm + A3 1rm + Calories

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

With a 8 minute Running Clock:
9 Shoulder to Overhead 105lbs (BAM: 75lbs)
9 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)
15 Shoulder to Overhead 105lbs (BAM:75lbs)
15 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)
21 Shoulder to Overhead 105lbs (BAM: 75lbs)
21 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)

With Remaining Time: AMRAP Squat Snatch 105lbs (BAM: Snatch 75lbs)

Score: Total Reps

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 9

For Time/9 min cap:

200 Double Unders (BAM: Single Unders)
3 Rounds:
10 Back Squats 155lbs (BAM: 115lbs)
10 Box Jump Overs 20" (BAM: Step Up Overs, Ok)

Score: Time (if capped, completed reps)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 9

7 Rounds For Time/9min cap:
5 Team Syncro Hand Release Burpees
7 Partner Deadlifts 285lbs (BAM: 215lbs)  

9 Alternating Sandbag Ground to Shoulder 70lbs (BAM:50lbs)

Score: Time (If capped, completed reps)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
