Girls Gone Rx is proud to announce our 4th Annual event in Virginia Beach!!!

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Excited to announce we have 2 divisions!
Here is a quick description to help you determine what division to register for.

RX Division :: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division (Badass In the Making) :: Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 14 | Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker

FOR TIME (14 MIN TIME CAP)

300 METER PARTNER SLED DRAG 150 LBS (BAM 115) LOADED

30 TANDEM BURPEE BOX JUMP OVERS (20 IN BOX)

60 TOES TO BAR

30 TANDEM SINGLE-ARM DUMBELL HANGING CLEAN AND JERKS 35 LBS (BAM 25 LBS) . (The end of these will be your tie break time in case you do not finish the sled drag in the cap!!)

300 METER PARTNER SLED DRAG.

5 MINUTE AMRAP

PARTNER 1 = FRONT SQUATS

PARTNER 2 = SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD

PARTNER 3 = THRUSTERS

EACH FRONT SQUAT = 1 REP

EACH S2OH = 1 REP

EACH THRUSTER = 2 REPS

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

8 MINUTE AMRAP.

SCORE = TOTAL CALORIES ON THE ROWER + DEADLIFTS + SHUTTLE RUNS.

*** ROW FOR 8 MINUTES CHANGE PARTNERS AS NEEDED.

WHILE ONE PERSON IS ROWING THE OTHER TWO PEOPLE WILL BE COMPLETING AS MANY REPS OF: 15 PARTNER DEADLIFTS AND 10 TWENTY-FIVE FOOT SHUTTLE RUNS.  Athletes may switch between any movements as needed!

6 MINUTE AMRAP:

SCORE IS COMBINE:

6 MINUTES FOR CALORIES ON THE SKI ERG +

PARTNER 1 FIVE REP MAX BENCH PRESS WEIGHT +

PARTNER 2 THREE REP MAX BENCH WEIGHT +

PARTNER 1 ONE REP MAX BENCH WEIGHT.
