Roocket Fitness Inc. proudly presents its 5TH Annual Excalibur Fitness Competition. With 3 workouts two locations and one team.

The 2019 Excalibur two person (MM/FF) team will feature different workouts designed to test your fitness, will, and heart. 

check in will be at 730 am to 8 am. workout briefing will be at 810am to 820am. first heat starts at 9 am sharp. 

there will be prices for the first second and third place of every division.

After wod #1 is complete or the time cap is reached, workout 1.5 will start immediately with a 3 mile run to Roocket Combat in the city of Bell. 

 

Both members of the team have to be present at the end of the 3 miles run for the time score to be submitted. 

at the end of the 3 miles run a mandatory 5 minutes rest time will be taken before you can start WOD #2
