Irobody presents "MAYHEM2" Mixed pairs competition

This is our second edition and we look forward to welcoming you all along for another AWESOME event.

To be held in our home box in Port Kennedy we welcome you all to a fun filled great day for Beginners, Intermediate, Masters 40+ and RX athletes.

Judges will be supplied on the day so you the athlete can focus on the workouts ahead. Any abuse towards the judges will result in immediate disqualification. Should you have a concern you will speak directly with the Head judge who will be available to answer any concerns.

Dont be afraid to step it up as nothing is over the top and it is all about having a go and stepping out of your comfort zone.

AWESOME prizes will be availabe to all our podium finishers thanks to our Sponsors.

Tickets will be $155 per pair and will include a T-Shirt

NO refunds will be offered, but you can exchange with others if someting more important come up.

Plenty of parking available and there will be ample space inside to stretch out, but feel free to bring your own gazebos and chairs should you wish to sit outside.

14min EMOM - 1 Athlete working each minute/ 1 Athlete resting

Each minute 1 athlete will complete 1 round of CINDY (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups and 15 Air Squats) then MAX Devils press in remaining time. At the end of the minute the athlete will then tag athlete 2 who do 1 round of CINDY then MAX Devils press. This will coniture for 14 mins. Each athlete will complete a MAX of 7 rounds each.

Beginners: Jumping Pull Ups, Push Ups on Knees, Air Squats - Dumbells 5/10kg

Intermediate/Masters: Pull Ups, HRPU, Air Squats - Dumbells 10/15kg

RX: Pulls Ups, Push Ups (chest to ground), Air Squats - Dumbells 15/22.5kg

Workout is for MAX Devils Press

Non working partner will hold their dumbbells when resting. If they place their dumbbells down, working partner must stop working out.

IN 8 MINS 1 athlete working/ 1 resting per round you need to complete

18,15,12,9,6,3 of Snatch (ANY) and 3,6,9,12,15,18 of Kettlebell Swings (American) After each round complete 30 Double Unders/45 Single Skips for Beginners

Beginners: 30/20kg Snatch and 16/12kg Kettlebell

Intermediate/Masters: 40/30kg Snatch and 24/16kg Kettlebell Swings

RX: 70/45kg Snatch and 32/24kg Kettlebell Swings 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Synchro Deadlifts - Beginners, Front Squats - Intermediate/Masters and Overhead Squats - RX

10 x Synchro reps, followed by 10 calories each on the bike.

Repeat for 8 mins

60/40kg all lifts

Most completed rounds and reps for each team.

On the start of 3-2-1 GO

Athletes will complete 10 reps, synchro followed by 10 Calories each on the Assault bike. Once both athletes have completed 10 Calories each, that will be 1 round. Each rep/calorie will be scored as 1 rep.

Athletes must reset the bike before each athlete starts riding. Failure to do so will result in a no rep bike and the athlete must start again.
