Event description

This is the second of three qualifying stages for the Asia Championships. Siberia Health Challenge Cup, hosted by CrossFit Berloga, is a preliminary division. Preliminary divisions will not automatically qualify athletes in the grand final - all scores from the weekend will be compiled onto a grand leaderboard, and Russian & Kazakhstan athletes will be eligible for wildcard invites.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: Time on the clock at the end of last completed round. If athlete does not complete one full round, tie-break time is 12:00

3 rounds for time: 4 rope climbs 50 double unders 8 squat cleans (185 lb/155lb) Workout is time capped at 12 minutes. *Every incomplete rep counts as 1 second beyond the time cap.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Three 20-second windows to fix heaviest snatch. Athletes must load their own plates and declare weight before lifting. Athletes must rest during the 1 minute window & can decrease/increase in load as they progress. 00:00 - 00:20 Attempt 1 00:20 - 01:20 Rest 01:20 - 01:40 Attempt 2 01:40 - 02:40 Rest 02:40 - 03:00 Attempt 3 Score: Heaviest successful lift within the window. Bar must leave the ground before the window ends.

For time: 45 Pull Ups 45 Thrusters Time cap: 6 minutes Elite Men & Legacy Men: 95 lb. Elite Women & Legacy Women: 65 lb.
