Event description

Le Challenger Day est une compétition ouverte à tous pour vous éclater.

Le but de cette compétition est de de vous faire pratiquer et de mettre à l'épreuve vos qualités physiques sur 5 wods.

 

La Compétition est divisée en 2 journées:

- Le samedi est consacré aux teams HH / HF.

- Le dimanche est consacré aux individuels Homme / Femme

Les 2 journées d'entrainement sont composées de 5 épreuves chacune.

Tous les Athlètes pratiqueront les 5 WODS.
