Event description

The “WOD UP, BERLIN?” is a Functional Fitness Competition, searching for the fittest TEAM in Germany and beyond. 

At least 40 Teams* will be competing at the Final Event in SEZ Berlin, September 14th-15th. Teams will compete in RX or Intermediate devision.
