International MastersHQ athletes will compete via video submission.  You can find the video submission rules here: https://www.mastershq.com.au/standards/

You have from 27/6/19 to 3/7/19 to complete the workouts. 
Workouts must be completed within an 8 hour period.
Any athlete that breaks this rule will be disqualified.


Top 2 RX men and 2 RX women in each age category and division from every state/region advance to the 3 day iF3 Masters World Championships hosted by MastersHQ held on October 25th, 26th and 27th of October

Top 2 OPEN men and 2 OPEN women in each age category and division from every state/region will advance to the 3 day iF3 Masters World Championships hosted by MastersHQ held on October 25th, 26th and 27th of October.  OPEN athletes will compete against all other national finalists for the National Title.


iF3 Federations - Top 3 men and 3 women in each age category and division advance from their own federations qualifying process to the iF3 Masters World Championships hosted by MastersHQ

Emails will be sent out from your State/region representative with all necessary details
