This is a scaled and RX event.

This is will be the first installment of many to come.

A friendly in house throwndown with workouts that anyone can do!

We have made it fun and affordable and we can't wait to see you there.

18 Hang Power Cleans (9 Each)
12 Shoulder to Overheads (6 Each)

Finish with 20 Synchro Burpees Over the Bar
