Old School is back for 2016!

This year, Old School will be a Partner Competition (Male/Male and Female/Female), so pair up with your favorite training buddy and be ready to throw down!

Masters 45+ (Advanced / Intermediate) 9 AM - 1 PM
Masters 35 - 44 (Advanced / Intermediate) 3 PM - 8 PM

Workouts subject to change. All athletes will have the option of scaling any workout if unable to complete listed movements. They will be scored below those able to complete the exercises as written.

1RM Clean - 3 attempts each
8 min cap. Each athlete will have their own barbell and load their own weights.

This is a relay style workout. Partner A will complete a round, tag Partner B, who will then complete a round. Each athlete will perform 3 rounds. Score is total time.
