Onsite Competition for Individuals and teams

Event description

 

Our 8th Annual WODktoberfest Partner Comp will be going down at Petrie Island again this year.  Guaranted to be even bigger and just a amazing as past years, we've got some amazing tests in store for you this year.

2 man or 2 women team competition 
Divisions are Men's Rx, Scaled and Masters(40+); and Women's Rx, Scaled and Masters(40+).

This year we are changing the format for the teens and making it an idividual event

We'll have amazing vendors and sponsors onsite. Beer tent brought to you by Stray Dog Brewing. Come by and watch 300 athletes get sand in their shorts as they battle for the top spot.  For the 2019 celebration.  We are teaming up with a charity, 

Cost:

Early Bird (Until June 30):  $185/team, $70/teen Individual

After June 30: $205/team, $80/teen individual

*No Refunds, as this competition will go quickly!  But registrations are transferable.*

Starting from lane marker – run through rig, pick up Sandbag at their respective mat and Run 200 meters with sandbag. 60/40/20

then
200m Sandbag run back to the mat, drop sandbag and run back through the rig to finish pylon.

EACH PARTNER WILL SET THEIR MAX LIFT IN THE FOLLOWING COMPLEX:

1 CLEAN +3 FRONT SQUATS + 1 HANG CLEAN

 

TO ATTEMPT A LIFT RX ATHLETES WILL HAVE TO PERFORM
20 UNBROKEN DOUBLE UNDERS

SCALED ATHLETES WILL HAVE TO PERFORM 20 DOUBLE UNDERS (not unbroken)

*** Double unders will be performed and completed before each attempt at the complex.***

FROM START LINE TEAMS RUN THROUGH RIG TO MAT TO PICK UP SANDBAG.
P1 RUNS WITH SANDBAG WHILE P2 RUNS IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION. WHEN THEY MEET ON THE TRACK, P2 TAKES SANDBAG AND THEY FINISH THEIR RUN.

AT THE RIG, ONE PARTNER HOLDS SANDBAG WHILE OTHER WORKS ON
