Are you the sugar or the spice? Grab a partner and find out at CFE’s “Sugar and Spice” co-ed team competition!

This is a co-ed 2-person team competition open for all athletes. There are RX, Scaled and Masters (40-49, 50+) RX and Scaled divisions.

Join us on Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at 8:30AM for this sweet, hot, friendly and challenging team competition.

Cost: $145 + processing fees per team - T-Shirts for all who register by 07/19/2019

Prizes to Top 3 in each Division
8 Total Divisions – RX, Scaled and Masters 40-49 and Masters 50+ RX and Scaled (average age of athletes to compete in Masters age categories, example: Athlete 1 47 years old, Athletes 2 35 years old, average age 41, they would compete in the 40-49 division.)

* Each partner will have their own bar but can share if desired.

* Partners can help each other load and unload bars.

Score is combined total of highest lifts for each partner

at the completion of Part 1 athletes will move directly into Part 2

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 3

For Time (3 Min Cap):

40 Alternating Burpee Plate Hops 

* Plate hops are alternating between partners

* Hops are on a 25# plate.

* If you do not complete the burpee plate hops, the number of reps not completed x2 will be added to your Part 2 time. Each uncompleted rep = 2 seconds.

Score: Time to Complete

 

This WOD will also be a tiebreaker for WOD#1A.

*Partners will switch after each competed round. The non-working partner must hold the bar in the hang position. If the non-working partner drops the bar prior to the round being completed the partners must do 5 synchronized burpees before continuing. The burpees do not count to your score.  

 

 

Score will be total reps completed in the 8 minutes.
