Event description

EAX Survival of the Fittest is a single day, individual fitness competition with Rx and Scaled Divisions.

Registration opens May 1st 2019 and closes July 7th 2019.

1st Workout Release Date: July 1st 2019.

RX Category is for those who did not scale any of the CF Open Workouts.

Scaled Category will choose movements and weights commonly seen in the CF Open Scaled division. 

We do not give any refunds on signup fees.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

"Speed Total” - 6Min time Cap

1RM Snatch + 1RM Clean & Jerk

Max of 3 attempts per lift.

Scaled CAN use a hang snatch 
or hang clean.

RX MUST pull from the ground

25-15-5 Toes to Bar

25-15-5 DB Snatch

30 - 20 - 10  Airdyne (Cals)
25-15-5 Wallballs

Remaining reps will be added to total time.  IE: 10 Airdyne Cals and 5 Wallballs left will = 20:15

10 x DB Ground to Overhead

1 Kilometer Run

1 Kilometer Row

20 H.R. Pushups & Jumping Pull Ups

1 Mile Air Bike

100 Air Squats

Any reps left at the 20Min time cap will be added to the overall time.  

EX: 20 Airsquats left at the time cap = 20:20 score

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

7M DBL Dumbbell Lunge - R Arm OH

7 x Chest to Bar Pull Ups

7M DBL Dumbbell Lunge - L Arm OH

**Lunges = Regionals Style with 2 x 50/35**

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better | Tiebreaker: Extra deadlifts at final weight

10 Lateral Hops over the barbell

3 Deadlifts ascending in weight each rep

If you reach the top of the deadlift ladder, the extended score will be max reps at the finisher weight as your final score. 

IE if you hit the final weight with 30 seconds remaining, continue doing reps until the 1 minute is up.  This will act as your tiebreaker if another athlete does the same. 

Each rep at escalating weights will be a separator between athletes.  IE if you get 2 reps at 200lbs that still beats someone else who only gets 1 rep at 200.
