For the 7th year running South Coast Throwdown is back!

An individual competition for all abilities.

3 WODs and a final for qualifying athletes.

Masters Category is age 40 or above on the day of the competition.

A fun, friendly and challenging day for all!

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

3 Minutes to establish a 1RM SNATCH

3 Minutes to establish a 1RM Clean

3 Minutes to establish a 1RM Strict Press

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15
