Event description

Windsor's premier box is hosting a showdown for the ages.

A perfect pre-Open test that will get you ready for the beginning of the Games Season as well as provide a ton of fun.

4 WODs.
Mixed teams of 3 (MMF or FFM).
3 Divisions (Rx, Scaled and Masters--40+)

Swag bags for all teams.

Prizes for podium finishers in each division.

Great vendors onsite.

No refunds once registered.  Substitutions must be approved by the event organizer.  Please contact in advance.

No alcohol, pets, drugs or weapons allowed.

Parking onsite and in the adjacent building lot.  Please carpool to save space.

WOD #2: "Grave Digger"

RX: 10 mins for all 3 athletes to establish a 1 RM Squat Snatch.  Must receive below parallel.  No power to OHS.

Masters: 10 mins for all 3 athletes to establish a 1 RM Snatch (Squat or Power)

Scaled: 10 mins for all 3 athletes to establish a 1 RM Clean (squat or power).

For those teams with 2 females athletes, the athlete with the lower total will apply a multiplier of 1.5 to her lift.

One partner working at a time. Split the work however you'd like:

50 cal row (one partner must be holding the deadlift bar in the locked out position for calories to count)
40 deadlifts (225/155)(185/135)(135/95) 
30 Overhead Squats (135/95)(95/65)Front Squat (95/65)
20 Strict Handstand Push-ups/HSPU to abmat/Weighted push ups (45/25 plate on athletes back)
10 legless rope climbs/Rope Climbs/12 ft Rope Climbs

WOD #1: 
6 Rounds for Time:
15 Thrusters (115/85 RX, 95/65 Masters, 75/55 Scaled)
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24 RX, 24/20 Masters, 20/16 scaled)

Each athlete must complete 2 full rounds. While one athlete is working, the other two are compiling max calories on the Assault Bike.

Score is total time to complete 6 rounds minus the total calories on the Assault Bike in seconds.

For example:

Team 1 finishes the 6 rounds in 6:15. They complete 60 cals on the Assault Bike in that time. Their final score is 6:15-60 seconds = 5:15.

Team 2 finishes 6 rounds in 5:45. They complete 40 cals on the Assault Bike. Their final score is 5:45-40 seconds = 5:05.
