Deadlift standards:

Looking for full hip extenstions and shoulders just behind the bar. 

Handstand Push up- full lock out of the arms at the top and heels hit the wall. 

GRACE:

30 CLEAN AND JERKS

Squat cleans and power cleans are acceptable.

Full lock out of arms, hips and legs for top of jerk. 

Each team member must complete 1 of the above. Each workout must be completed. 

Each team will have 1 athlete working at a time. 

Once the workout is complete the next athlete will start right away. No time between wods.

Score is total time to complete the workout. If all the work is not completed in the time cap then the score will be the total reps acheived.

FRAN

THRUSTERS AND PULL UPS

COMPETITIVE: 95/65 AND CHIN OVER BAR PULL UPS

INTERMEDIATE: 75/55 AND BURPEES

Each athelete on the team will take their turn to complete Fran. No time between athletes. 1 athlete working at a time. the next athelete can be waiting at the barbell to start when the preceeding athlete drops from their last pullups/burpee. 

Thrusters: Hip crease below knees in the squat and then full arms, hips and leg extension at the top. 

Chin over bar pull ups: strict, kipping, butterfly- chin must be visibly over the bar.

Burpees: Chest touches the ground, full hip extension at the top, touch hands over head. 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

INTERMEDIATE: 35/20

ALL 3 TEAMMATES WILL COMPLETE AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN SYNCHRO.

DB BURPEES- CHEST ALL MEET AT THE BOTTOM AND ALL MUST HAVE FULL HIP EXTENSION AT THE TOP BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT REP.

DB HANG SQUAT CLEANS: REPS START AT THE HANG POSITION. TEAMMATES MUST MEET BELOW PARALLEL IN THEIR SQUAT AND HIP EXTENSION AT THE TOP.

DB STO: TEAMMATES MUST MEET WITH DUMBBELLS AT THE SHOULDERS AND DUMBELLS LOCKED OUT OVERHEAD AND FULL HIP EXTENSION. 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

TO BE RELEASED THE DAY OF THE COMPETITION
