Onsite Competition for Individuals

Event description

CNT is a Collegiate Functional Fitness Competition powered by Texas WOD Club. Participants will sign up BOTH as an individual competitor AND as apart of the University or College they're affiliated with. Each individual will compete in 3 individual events, each gaining points towards their over all team. To determine the fittest school in the nation, the top two males and top two females from each of the top 3 schools will compete in a team final workout! Grab your friends, sign up and compete to show that you are the fittest school in the nation!! 

Together, let's lead the collegiate world in fitness. 

In addition, 10% of our profits will be donated to Camp Kesem. Camp Kesem is an organization that partners with college students in an effort to support children through their parent's cancer. We encourage you to check your campus to see if they have a chapter!

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

5 minutes to find 1RM Bear Complex: The Bear Complex consists of 5 barbell exercises performed back to back without resting. Each exercise flows naturally into the next. You start by power cleaning a barbell off the ground. With the barbell now resting at shoulder level perform a front squat. The third exercise in the Bear sequence is the push press. After you've locked out overhead, lower it back down in a controlled manner to the back of your shoulders. From this position you will perform a back squat. After the back squat, perform one more push press, returning the bar to the front of your body and then back to the ground.. *the clean must be power and you must fully stand up before continuing to the front squat* *push press is required*

6 rounds (20 min time cap): 10 Toes To Bar 12  Burpees 48 Double Unders
