HOSTED BY: CrossFit Torch & UTurn CrossFit

Each team will consist of 4 persons: 2 Men & 2 Women

3 Divisions:

  • RX Division
  • Scaled Division
  • Masters Division ( Entire Team Will Have to be 40 or over as of June 11, 2016)

RX STANDARDS: 

Entire Team: Toes 2 Bar,  Double Unders, Deadlift #315/205, Front Squat #155/105, Shoulder to overhead #135/95.  1 Male must be able to do Bar Muscle Up, and pistols; and 1 Female a C2B Pull-up and pistols. 

SCALED STANDARDS:  

Pull-ups, Step-ups allowed, Jump Rope singles

MASTERS STANDARDS

Same as Scaled standards

ALL Proceeds will be donated to local organizations that support local fire, police and veterans!

The venue is outdoors and covered. There will be plenty of room for your team to set up tents & chairs. We will have food vendors, CrossFit gear vendors, and indoor bathrooms.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

16 Minute Time Cap Male A and Female A will establish a 1 rep max Snatch THEN Male B and Female B will establish a 1 rep max Clean & Jerk

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

16 Minute Time Cap Team will divide into 2 Male/Female Groups - Row 500m / 125 Double Unders - 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (Rx 24" - Scaled/Masters 20") - 50 Deadlifts / Deadlift Lockouts (Rx 275/185 - Scaled/Masters 225/155)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

16 Minute Time Cap - 15 Toes to Bar (Each) - 50 Front Squats/Bar Hold (135/95 - 115/75) - 12 Bar Muscle Ups (50 Pull Ups) - 15 Toes to Bar (Each) - 40 Front Squats/Bar Hold (135/95 - 115/75) - 14 Bar Muscle Ups (40 Pull Ups) - 15 Toes to Bar (Each) - 30 Front Squats/Bar Hold (135/95 - 115/75) - 16 Bar Muscle Ups (30 Pull Ups)

16 Minute Time Cap One Team Member per WOD - Must be done in order. - Grace (30 Clean & Jerks) - Annie (50-40-30-20-10 Doubles & Sit Ups) - Fran (21-15-9 Thrusters & Pull Ups) - Karen (150 Wallballs)
