On-site vendors get a dedicated table in the heart of Wodtoberfest, putting your product or service directly in front of competitive CrossFit athletes, their families, and spectators throughout the entire event. Whether you're sampling, selling, or just making fans - this is your moment.

Includes:
• Reserved 12'x12' space on competition day (October 3, 2026). Provide your own table. If different size is required please contact Eureka CrossFit.
• Logo featured on event shirts, banners, and social media
• Opportunity to include branded items, giveaways, or other in athlete prize bags
• Shoutout from the MC during the events pre, post, and during.

There's no cash commitment – in exchange, we ask for a product contribution of 36 units so that every podium athlete is individually recognized for their hard work.

Workout/Prize Sponsors receive:

• Official named as Sponsor of four competition workouts – announced by our MC throughout every heat
• Logo placement across social media and event communications
• MC recognition at the prize ceremony when your workout's division winners are awarded
• Tagged recognition in post-event social content featuring podium athletes with their prizes
• Direct brand association with the winning athletes of the fitness community and St. Louis region

Product should be delivered to us by September 6, 2026, and we handle everything else on competition day.
