Event description

The Second Annual "A WOD to Remember" will give you the chance to be coached by two of the sports top female competitors. 

 

Misfit Athletics Athletes Chyna Cho and Mekenzie Riley will guide you through a warm up, strength, and workout of the day while also spending one on one time discussing about how they prep for competitions and the importance of mindfulness in acheiving your maximum potential.

 

Classes will be held throughout the day.  All participants will receive a gift bag and cool giveaways from our sponsors in addition to access to the Wellness Seminar which will include presentations on the "Five Pillars of Wellness" by Advocare VPs Chuck and Linda Lawson and "The importance of Mindfullness and Living in the Present Moment" by Energy Healer, Joni Ryan.  Speaking times will be outlined in the pre-event athlete email.  Proceeds benefit Remembering Kay, helping families caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
