Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

Our goal is to provide our local athletes an opportunity to showcase their skills and fitness levels across all capacities of strength, endurance, stamina and speed all in team events that consist of teams of 4: 2 Males/ 2 Females.

All participates will have access to a dedicated athletes area.  There will be space for family and friends to watch. 

Registration includes Athlete goody bag.

Cash Prizes for Top Rx Teams

Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place Rx Teams and Top 3 teams in scaled divisions

There are no refunds however you are allowed to transfer your registration to another athlete if you are unable to compete.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

2 minutes each athlete to get through 2 reps at each weight in thruster ladder

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

30 snatches for each male- Isabel 30 clean and jerks for each female - Grace in remainder of time max wall balls as a team

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 7 mins Airdyne buy in for each athlete M- 20 cals F- 15 cals M - 20 cals F- 15 cals once off the airdyne you can begin sled pulls score is based on cals plus # of sleds. For any sled pulls to count all athletes need to have done their airdyne calories. Otherwise score is just based on # of calories completed.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP IN 20 MINUTES 100 CALORIE ROW -- each athlete much do 25 calories in whatever order you choose (however if you get back to the rower it must be the same order) **then in male /female pairs- must remain the same for entire workout 100 Synchro American Kettle Bell swings 24/16kg - switch as needed 100 synchro burpee box jump overs - switch as needed 100 synchro Deadlifts 165/105 - switch as needed
