Event description

Welcome to Team Summer Splash 2019!

Ticket sales close on Friday August 2nd. However, sign ups after July 31, 2019 will not be guaranteed a T-shirt!

The following divisions and age groups will be represented:

RX Open (17-44): M/M, M/F, F/F --- Masters (45+) M/M, M/F, F/F

Scaled Open (17-44): M/M, M/F, F/F --- Masters (45+) M/M, M/F, F/F

All workouts (excuding the final) will be released ahead of time with workout standards and loading included. 

There will be no refunds on entry fees, however you can transfer or substitue team members in/out. 

Plan for sunshine and fitness! Bring plenty of water, a pop-up tent, chairs, change of clothes and FOOD! 

Parking will be onsite, with a parking map released as we approach August 4th. 

In 2018 Team Summer Splash featured 60 teams and over 250 guests with a dozen vendors!

Synchronized Jumping Pull Ups

*M/M Deadlift 205lbs

*F/F Deadlift 165lbs

*M/F Deadlift 185lbs (Uneven loading)

*Athletes/Judes/Volunteers will help to ensure every athlete has a fair jumping pull up target

 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

“Swimming Cindy”

AMRAP 20 Minutes

50yd Swim

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

*Partners alternate full rounds

*Move through the water anyway possible (swimming preferred but not required)

*No diving, partner must wait in the water making contact with the wall

*Push ups will be from high plank position, to chest making contact to a plate, back to a high plank for a good rep

*Partners alternate full rounds

*Athletes may stop swimming and stand still in the water but cannot advance while feet touch the pool floor

*No Diving, partner must wait in the water making contact with the wall
