Event description

The ultimate way to showcase your barbell skills. The Liftoff is performed by completing the Supertotal in one hour. That's right 1 hour! Your hour starts first with 10 minutes to warm up for the 5 barbell lifts. You will have 10 minutes for each lift as well. The lifts start with the classic lifts of snatch & clean and jerk into the strength lifts of back squat, bench press and deadlift. Can you think of a more epic time to spend an hour? We can't! Come and experience this live and full of energy event you will not want to miss.


Not interested in performing all five lifts? That's fine choose the lift of your choice. All we ask is to stay within the lift time domain of 10 minutes. Do a push/pull combo of bench and deadlift...it's all you. Squat and clean and jerk only...that is cool too! The true experience is fulfilled by doing the five lifts, but we have had amazing performances from past participants that picked and chose as they wish. Let the personal records begin!


There will be an onsite barista pulling shots and milk espresso drinks.  Brisket Lady's (and fellow lifter) BBQ Lunch will also be onsite for your post lifting hanger pains!  Menu and prices will be posted separately.

Suggested donation for non-Lifters is $5 pp

Lifter substitutions are OK as long as a valid waiver is signed prior to the Event Start.

BYOB is OK, but will not be allowed where the lifts are being performed.  Authorized personnel will be on hand to assess impairedness. DON'T DRINK AND LIFT!
