CrossFit Unscathed "Stone Strong Showdown" presents the March Madness 2019!!

This is a 2 person team competition (MM/FF) with advanced and scaled divisions. There will be 3 WODs and 1 Floater. 

*Once you sign up there will be no refunds, but we will happily accept team changes with the stipulation that you give us 1 week notice prior to the event.

Division Standards

Advanced (able to perform all loads/movements as RX):

  • Bar Muscle Ups
  • Toes to Bar
  • Strict HSPU
  • Wallballs
  • Double Unders
  • Box Jumps 24/20
  • Barbell movements 135/95 (Snatch) 175/125 (Clean)

Intermediate (able to perform all loads/movements without modification

  • Pullups
  • Knee Tucks
  • Wallballs
  • KB Swings 44/26
  • Step-Ups 24/20
  • Barbell movements 95/55 (Snatch) 135/95 (Clean)
